The Storm Coaster is the ultimate attraction for kids, teenagers and adults of 1.30m height.
Is there a minimum height?
Yes, a minimum height of 1.30cm is required to be admitted on this ride.
How do I book my tickets?
You can book your tickets online and at the attraction counter.
Do you have a dress code for your attractions?
Guests are invited to dress casually and comfortably in accordance with local laws and customs; we kindly recommend over knees shorts and covered shoulders.
What happens if I lose something while at any of your attractions?
Claim or report your lost items at the attraction check-in area. Staff are not responsible for articles left on ride platforms or inside the experiences. Please secure all loose articles and belongings while at the attractions.
Do you have free Wi-Fi?
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the Dubai Hills Mall and The Storm Coaster.
Do you have lockers?
For your convenience, we offer complimentary lockers which you can use during your visit. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
Do you have height restrictions?
Yes, height should be at least 1.30 m to be admitted on this ride. Passengers with extreme height or unusually long torso where the top of the headrest only supports the neck, are not allowed on the ride.
Do I need to sign a waiver to take the ride?
Yes. Everybody needs to have a waiver signed. If you are under 18, your parent or legal guardian must fill out the waiver for you. Waivers can be filled out on location. The waiver will stay on file for one year unless it is filled out by a parent in charge of the party or play date, in which case it will be valid for only 24 hours.
