Get ready to journey through Candy Cane Land and Enchanted Forest in search of Santa’s Merry Mailroom. Assisted by Santa’s Elves, challenges and tasks await you on this journey while you embark on an adventure to deliver your very own letter to Santa.
Your Grotto Journey:
Candy Cane Land: Begin your journey in Candy Cane Land where Santa’s elves welcome you to write your own letter to Santa and embark on your adventure, surrounded by towering candy canes and sparkling lights.
The Enchanted Forest: Step into the Enchanted Forest and encounter Flossy, the Forest Elf and Sparkle, the Sleep Elf who’ll provide handy directions to discover the correct route to reach Santa’s Merry Mailroom.
The Merry Mailroom: Reach the delightful disarray of Santa’s Merry Mailroom where you must ensure that your letter is posted to the magical mailbox amidst the whirlwind of festive communication, and assist Miracle, the Mailroom Elf in saving Christmas.
Santa’s Grotto: The moment you’ve been waiting for! Enter Santa’s cozy cabin for your personal meet and greet opportunity where you can read Santa your personal letter, have a professional photo taken with him and receive your gift.

Terms and Conditions:
The Grotto:
• The Grotto Timings: 10:00am till 00:00am
• Minimum booking required is for 1 adult and 1 child.
• Maximum of 5 guests are allowed per booking.
• Infants can attend for free with the purchase of 1 child ticket + 1 adult ticket. If there are no other children in the booking, an infant will be considered as the child to meet the minimum ticketing requirement.
• No gifts will be provided for an infant ticket.
• Carers of People of Determination are required to present official documentation outlining the disability benefits received by the individual under their care.
• Tickets are valid only for the booking slot selected.
• Guests are required to arrive 5 minutes before the designated booking slot.
• Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Dubai Ice Rink + The Grotto Combo Ticket:
• Guests can choose to visit Dubai Ice Rink either before their scheduled visit to The Grotto, or after their visit.
• Guests can visit Dubai Ice Rink during the skating slots specified below:
10:00am – 11:30am
11:45am – 13:15pm
13:30pm – 15:00pm
15:15pm – 16:45pm
17:00pm – 18:30pm
18:45pm – 20:15pm
20:30pm – 22:00pm
22:15pm – 23:45pm (Friday – Sunday only)
