Terms & Conditions
- Valid for kids above 4 years old.
- Todds Play is not included in this package.
- A guardian or parent must be present to sign the waiver.
- Appropriate clothing & footwear are required for selective experiences and activities.
- Adventure Park has the right to change or amend any product without prior notice.
- The PPE (Personal Protection Equipment) packs are systematically given to the guests, and the activity cannot be performed without using this safety equipment. It is strictly forbidden for guests to use their personal equipment.
- Shoes are compulsory for Sky Park Senior and Slide & Fly.
- Guests are responsible for the strict application of the rules during activities explained during the safety briefing.
- Participants must be in an adequate physical and mental condition to perform any activity; Adventure Park reserves the right to deny access to the experience & attractions or to interrupt performing activities in the case of any person not meeting the minimum safety requirements (ex: being under the effect of alcohol, failure to observe the safety rules, or endangering other participants safety, etc.)
- Adventure Park cannot be held liable for any incidents arising from the practice of these activities if the above-listed conditions of participation are accepted under false pretences, if the safety rules are not observed or in the case of panic amongst one or more participants.
- Twenty-four-hour advanced booking is required to avail of any online offer & promotion from any website/platform.
- Adventure Park wristband /cards, once sold, are non-refundable.
- Adventure Park wristband/card is for single person use only and are not transferable.
- Adventure Park is not responsible for any lost, misplaced, or stolen wrist band/cards.
- Adventure Park wristband/card cannot be extended beyond the validity period.
- Unused activities on wristband/card cannot be redeemed for cash, credit or otherwise.
- Mobile phones should not be used during activities
- Guests must empty their pockets before entering activities.
