- Children under the age of 2 years enter Dubai Aquarium for free.
- Children up to the age of 15 years must be accompanied by an adult.
- Guests must visit Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo and Sky Views Observatory on the same day.
- Ticket includes a one-time ride on the Glass Slide per ticket.
- Weight restriction for Glass Slide: 30 – 150 kg
- Height restriction for Glass Slide: 120 cm – 200 cm.
- Participants should wear modest, comfortable clothing – no skirts, dresses, no high heels, shoes, or shoes with sharp metal edges that can damage the glass.
- A special rug/mat must be used during the sliding experience, and instructions given by the Sky Views Observatory supervisors must be followed.
- Participants should not be under the influence of narcotics, spirits or any other substances that impair judgement (e.g. medicine).
- Participants should be free from severe physical or mental disorders that would not allow them to complete the physical and mental tasks asked throughout the ride.
- No outside food or drink allowed.
- Not to be combined with any other offer.
- Tickets are non-refundable or non-exchangeable.
- Emaar is not responsible for inclement weather conditions affecting visibility.
