- Children under the age of 3 years enter for free.
- Children up to the age of 16 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- Purchased tickets for At the Top are valid only for the specific date and time shown thereon.
- Guests must visit Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo anytime on the same day as their At the Top visit.
- One adult ticket must be purchased when purchasing a child ticket.
- Ticket holders should arrive 15 minutes prior to scheduled time. Late comers will not be admitted.
