- Tickets must be used on the date selected
- Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable

- Dubai Ice Rink may change its operating hours, or temporarily close due to refurbishing, adverse weather and/or special events with little notice and may otherwise be discounted without notice and without liability to the owner
- Skating is not permitted under the influence of drugs or alcohol
- Skating is an extreme sport and not recommend for expectant mothers or those encountering heart, neck, back or joint problems
- A helmet, elbow and knee pads are always recommended to be worn
